A Post With Words

The other day Dune was in his johnny-jump-up and he couldn't reach a toy on the floor, so he picked it up with his feet and transfered to his hand! It's possible that this is normal behavior for a 10 month old, but when daddy told me about it I was very impressed.

Dune also is quite the talker, he imitates lot's of words but on his own he says cat, dog, duck, bath, bye bye, daddy, mamma, book, boobie (when he wants to nurse), Jesus (his latest, said it for the first time today) and a few more I can't remember right now. He also claps for please, and occasionally says "weeze" along with the clapping.

He LOVES music and dances (holding onto something of course, he doesn't walk on his own yet, but walks around the room holding onto things), and he likes strumming on a guitar or drumming on bongos. Whenever Jaz or I play him songs he sets off all the musical toys in his crib at the same time (to "help") and starts dancing, it's so cute!
